For Day 5, we’re getting a little creative! Sourdough Pizza Crust is a fun way to use up that leftover loaf and turn it into something completely different. You’ll have a pizza with a tangy, crispy crust that adds a unique twist to your regular pizza recipe.

Sourdough Pizza Crust
Ingredients:
- 2 cups leftover sourdough bread (cubed)
- 1 ½ cups warm water
- 1 tsp active dry yeast
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp sugar
Instructions:
- Make the dough: Blend the sourdough bread in a food processor until it turns into breadcrumbs. Combine the breadcrumbs with warm water, yeast, olive oil, salt, and sugar in a bowl. Stir to combine.
- Let it rise: Cover the mixture and let it sit for 30 minutes to rise.
- Form the crust: Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C). On a floured surface, roll the dough into a round pizza crust.
- Bake: Pre-bake the crust for 5-7 minutes before adding your favorite toppings. Bake for another 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are crispy.
